  Committee member dedicated to reforming The Corp hiring processes to reflect a more diverse and inclusive organization by refreshing application questions and expanding interviewer criteria, leading to a 4 percent increase in hiring rates for applicants of minority backgrounds. Member of The Corp’s philanthropic board of directors, the largest entirely student-run non-profit organization in the world, which amasses over $5 million USD in revenue per fiscal year, all of which besides operational costs is put directly back into the Georgetown and D.C. communities in the form of grants, student scholarships, funding for campus initiatives, and community projects.

  Spearheaded fundraisers with 15 corporate and individual sponsors, including Delta Air Lines, Hilton Hotels, and Bank of America, that raised $250,000 for KIPP DC’s largest annual fundraiser, KIPProm. Funds raised provided resources and scholarships for college-bound students in the DC branch of KIPP’s nationwide charter school program, the largest of its kind in The United States.

  Led strategic plan to increase patient quality care measures, resulting in a 17 percent improvement within 12 months. This result was achieved by creating detailed care plan templates for staff and providers to follow, bringing NPL to the 90th percentile in pediatric care amongst all medical practices in a county of over 100 thousand residents.
