  As the leading specialist ingredient supplier to the Food Supplement industry in the UK, CCL has had to build the supporting framework of a QMS and invest the required resource to do so, in a challenging environment. CCL handles and trades in many ingredients, primarily food, vitamins, minerals and herbal products. My role at CCL was to grow the Quality team, to include a range of talent from Apprentices to Doctors; to establish the QMS, H&S and Environmental processes and responsibilities and most importantly to affect the culture required to sustain them. Towards the end of 2015 I completed the preparation and and first certification audit to the BRCGS Food standard. Other certifications that I facilitated for CCL include ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 14001:2004. Show less
