  I successfully developed and implemented the Quality Coordinators concept as part of the production process and was Key User of Quality Management System for the Built-in-Quality team, which developed, modified and revised as necessary critical core documentation including procedural guidelines. In addition I significantly Improved existing QMS and internal QMS audit procedures, working in close collaboration with the QMS Coordinator. I was tasked with quality assurance oversight in the company’s truck production facility; delivered a variety of production improvement and problem solving processes including better analysis of production flows, enhanced supervision of the production department and conduct of non-conformity analyses; played a role in the preparation of the Company’s Corrective Action Plan and Corrective Actions and oversaw successful delivery of corrective actions and activities on the production line. I also oversaw Control Areas coordination, significantly reducing instances of product nonconformity; conducted a full spectrum of statistical analysis; was tasked with assisting in the launch of new truck models, developing instructions and control procedures to ensure customer safety and took part in the launch of a new painting and welding facility, designing quality control assurance systems for critical welded joints.   In this role I have demonstrated consistently strong aptitudes for working as Project Leader on aftersales cost reduction initiatives in addition to which I am personally developing Kanban (agile) methodology to facilitate new product launch systems; play a key role in increasing annual savings on the project and played a key role in successfully implementing QRQC: a production problem-solving tool within the aftersales department. I also developed successful after assembly quality assurance procedures for the car customization workshop (including design of assembly quality assurance process for Atelier Renault Russia which have been used as a framework for current standard procedures); recalibrated internal processes to meet Technical Regulation requirements stipulated within Custom Union countries and ensure unimpeachable certification for spare parts as well as eliminating associated risks. I am also designated leader of the Renault-Mitsubishi-Nissan Certification Synergy Project. In more general terms I conduct technical processes and technological logistics optimization; gather ideas from colleagues and key stakeholders, making go/no go decisions; personally design and deliver the Implementation Plan and produce forecasts as well as calculate savings. I work cross departmentally to facilitate logistical operations, purchasing strategies and marketing; track progress of projects and take corrective action whenever necessary and support ongoing parts export initiatives.
