I appear at Civil Service Hearings, Arbitrations, Mediations, Jury and Bench Trials.I hold a Lifetime Teaching Credential in police science from the State of California. I taught police science courses at the San Diego Police Academy and local community colleges. I have had two books published and distributed nationwide on how to conduct criminal investigations.
