      Sea Scouting Quartermaster Award Boy Scouts of America The Quartermaster Award, which stands for excellence, goes to the young adult who attains the highest rank in Sea Scouts. It represents fulfillment of leadership and maritime-based requirements and results from a young adult's determination to reach goals that he or she has set and achieved in spite of difficulties along the way. It is essentially the Sea Scout equivalent of the Boy Scout Eagle Scouting Award.
