I have decades of experience in Asia and Africa designing digital financial products which are gender-intentional and customer-centric, from customer research to iterative design and implementation. Having secured multi year, multi country and multi million dollar grants, I'm now designing and implementing embedded financial solutions for women entrepreneurs, small holder farmers, and gig workers. TCB utilizes engaging, high quality materials to capture and share best practices and lessons learned, on industry standards, trends and innovations. It uses a variety of mediums like virtual, in-person, knowledge exchange platforms to make knowledge readily accessible. Since launching in 2008, TCB has trained over 10,000 participants worldwide. • Lead Accion’s TCB program in India for its partners and the Indian industry.
