      M/S Mahavir Auto Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. is the dealer of SKODA Cars for selling,servicing, spare parts. Worked there as a summer intern & carried out the project work on " Consumers Preferences towards SKODA Cars" in Odisha market. My guide there was Mr. Malay kumar Panda, Sales Manager who helped me a lot to know Car buying customer's psychology. I carried out market surveys for primary data collection, prepared questionnaire, indirect data research, understanding consumers needs & pain points and according to those data I suggested my recommendation to M/S Mahavir Auto Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. .Key recommendations: Consumers were afraid to wait for long time for their car servicing, so I suggested that We should make Customers Profile on the basis of location, profession, martial status, Age, gender etc & following that we could manage the Car servicing timings according to the Customer Profile and suggest them the suitable time for their Car Servicing.
