      Managed, organized, staffed and trained Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) personnel and programs for Air Forces in Europe and Africa. Responsible for 84 AE personnel, coordinated deployments and training, oversight of medical supplies and training with a budget of $1M per year. Developed and reviewed publications and instructions for flight crews and squadrons world-wide. Providing oversight for 12 wings, over 3K aircrews. Planned, developed, implemented and coordinated Patient Safety functions in accordance with Air Force and Department of Defense directives. Conducting Root Cause Analysis on patient safety events. Gather qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and presentation. Conducted Base Unit Effective Inspections for European Command, created USAF checklists, ensured units met compliance and provided guidance. Responsible for advising and briefing commanders, or civilian equivalents routinely on programs and evaluations. Established and taught AE concepts and operations for six African and European nations. Medical exercise planner for three African nations, created training plans and events, resulting in enhanced medical response and AE knowledge for African Nations. Planned and aligned medical assets for multiple POTUS African and European visits. Ensured emergency medical response plan, tasked medical personnel and equipment with $1M budget.
