  I am working as Controller/TOC for a multinational company that belongs to “Omya AG” Group (world leader of cargo minerals). I report to CFO and my main responsibilities are:- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Group Headquarters in Switzerland;- Monthly preparing of a "Business Review", a short report that shows the behavior of the most relevant indicators, main causes and prospects of development;- Responsible for yearly Budget and the annual update of the 4 years Forecast. Elaboration based on information received by the Commercial area and taking into account the estimated range of production costs provided by the Prodution Director;- Monthly controlling of productions costs, analysis of their behavior and report of the most significant variances (comparing with standard costs) to Financial and Production Directors;- Supervision of accountancy, administrative internal control procedures and use of computer system management, particularly in the areas of Production, Sales, Purchasing and Treasury, to ensure data consistency and proper handling of the system and reporting incidents to the related person in charge;- Provision of all tax pack from the company to Portuguese tax authority.In 2004 I was involved in the implementation of the new Management IT system, SAP R/3 that had its go-live in January 2005.The whole process of adapting the internal procedures and operating System to the new emission and reporting rules for transportation and billing documents legislation (in 2013) as well as the transition to SNC (in 2010) was managed by me: Namely to survey existing procedures, new needs, throughout the mediation process with the consultant (who manages the SAP Operating System).
