  The Center for Innovation and Leadership lives at the intersection of creative thinking, process, and personal formation. In the CIL, I managed all assessment and data tools, marketing and communication efforts, regularly taught skill-building workshops for community members and supervised our cohort-based learning programs. I used my formal training in design thinking and social innovation as vehicles to influence programs that impacted institutional change and enhanced student engagement.
