  Led development of FOREVERMARK strategy in relation to 'FOREVERMARK Diamantaires' - a select group of the world's leading diamantaires, licensed to distribute FOREVERMARK diamonds to FOREVERMARK Jewellers in Hong Kong, China, Japan and India. Led the team of FOREVERMARK Account Managers and recruitment of initial group of ~30 FOREVERMARK Diamantaires. Responsible for strategic & operational development of the FOREVERMARK diamond brand for De Beers, including original pilot launch of FOREVERMARK in Hong Kong in 2004 and subsequent launches in China, Japan, and India in 2006 and 2007. Led and developed the FOREVERMARK sales and operations team at De Beers. Responsible for team of Account Managers selling rough diamonds to around half of De Beers Group's clients, mostly based in India, Belgium, Israel and the Far East. Responsible for strategic and technical development leading to the launch of the Sightholders Extranet for DTC/De Beers, the private online network for the De Beers' Sightholder clients based around the world. Diamond cutting and processing, plus project work related to production in diamond cutting operations owned by De Beers Group and by clients: in Belgium, Botswana, Thailand, Portugal, Namibia, Israel, and India. Played a key role in the construction and opening of the Namgem diamond cutting factory in Okahandja, Namibia in 1998.
