May 1999 - Jul 2005Darnell lead and supervised 17 corporate trainer managers in the successful launch of new call center of 300 new hires. Darnell held daily meetings to help instruct trainers on the desired direction of the training teams. Darnell liaison the needs from the center leadership and the training leadership, leading trainers in the same direction that center leadership wanted training emphasized. Developed a lead assistant to the trainers lead, Darnell instructed this lead assistant to take charge of all assistants to the trainers setting clear guidelines of what things they were able to field out and what things they should and need to bring to Darnell’s attention. Darnell developed and outlined the processes between trainers and their assistants, highlighting the expectations of each, that trainers were to train and assistants were to support the training. He developed partnerships with Human Resources becoming the liaison between them and the training department in Idaho Falls.
