      Last rights project member

Last Rights was a funded initiative focused on all forms of end of life planning such as will writing; funeral planning; advance decisions to refuse treatment; lasting power of attorney; and organ donation. We were a small team who built connections with interested individuals, local CVS organisations and faith groups. We also worked with interested parties to support and educate them how to have conversations about the end of life. At the end of the project, we secured further funding to produce a range of materials which could be used by all Citizens Advice staff as well as a workable toolkit offering advice on how to create a similarly effective service.
