  I carried out research projects on shrimp diseases focusing on the characterization and management of diseases that affect the sustainability of shrimp farming. During the internship I collaborated with the scientific team and professors in carrying out research on +100 shrimp samples.   During internship in 3 months, I have successfully completed my jobs, such as: ● Monitoring water parameters such as temperature, pH, and oxygen levels to ensure optimal environmental conditions for shrimp growth. ● Conduct regular inspections of pond conditions and supporting infrastructure, and perform any necessary repairs or maintenance. ● Coordinate with the management team to report progress, problems, and recommendations for improvement related to shrimp farming pond operations.

  Laboratory analyst and administration

  Being part of shrimp farming has allowed me a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. As a laboratory analyst, I took on the responsibility of checking the water quality, which involved checking the biology, physics and chemistry of the water. I also took on the responsibility of keeping records of office administration during the aquaculture process, which allowed me to learn various things that support the success of aquaculture.In addition, this is my responsibility during work:• Coordinated and managed and updated financial data (revenue, expense, cash flow), ensuring 100% accuracy in monthly and cycle reporting.• Analyzed water quality of 1-ha shrimp ponds, contributing to improved pond management efficiency.• Led the innovation program of a farm management application in collaboration with the IT team, resulting in 50% faster data recording and reporting.
