  I may be the key person associated with decision-making and Implementation thereby helping the firm or its client to achieve excellence in quality & service with optimum use of Technical and QUALITY Management Skills ”. Preparation and implementation of inspection and test plan/Quality Plan as per Project Specification and international Standards. Responsible for the Execution of Jobs as Per Approved ITP/Quality Plan. Review & inspect all Incoming material as per reference standards and material certificates. Monitor the In-process activities and facilitate to complete the Checklists with Respect to projects requirements. Documentation of WPS, PQR, WQR of Welders in Accordance with ASME sec IX/AWSFor the projects specification. Issue non-conformance reports (NCR) for materials and works that are not in compliance with Codes, Client specifications & procedures also close non-conformance reports once the non-conformance has been rectified. Responsible to effectively interact with management , construction and engineering contractors, vendors and any other Client departments to facilitate flow of information. Co-ordination with third party inspection and submitting relevant documents for dispatch clearance. Plan and Conduct internal audit and support surveillance audit of Quality Managements System - ISO 9001:2008. عرض أقل
