The main competitors are Nestle, Unilever, Ahmad, ect.My role:I was responsible for training employees in all commercial departments of the company both within Russia (76 regional offices) and in foreign branches (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, ect.). My main processes include identifying training needs, planning and conducting training sessions, organizing external training providers, supervising trainers, facilitating conflict resolution, and obtaining approval from company directors and owners for all training programs.a few numbers:📌As the head of corporate university, I have successfully trained over 3,700 employees across Russia and foreign branches. 📌Conducted more than 260 training sessions (each lasting between 2-4 days) and my contributions have led to significant improvements in sales growth and an increase in the number of sales opportunities (+47% for team HoReCa, monthly savings ~10K USD for merchadizing managment team, +7-10% YoY for other sales channels, ect).
