  Project : CDU Revamp Project Pertamina RU VI Balongan- Phase 1In charge as Field Coordinator for Pumps during Turn Around phase on Refinery RU VI Balongan. There are 14 pumps package, each pump consists of 11 package OH2 & 3 package BB2 of API 610 Centrifugal pumps. As Field coordinator, main responsibility to be handled are:1. Supervise sub-contractor & develop construction method since erection, demolish/replacement existing pumps until final alignment & Site Running Test of pumps2. Control the logistic of all pump's material is well received & completed for installation phase.3. Coordinate with construction team for all activity of construction shall be done based on schedule. 4. Monitor & troubleshoot pump performance during start-up & commissioning phase. Prepare datasheet, requisition, technical bid evaluation & vendor print check.2. Review & check vendor data document as per standard, project specification or FEED documents during detail engineering.3. Coordinate & interface to other discipline to ensure all technical matters is corrected4. Monitor fabrication process & Factory Acceptance Test.5. Solving Problem for mechanical issue during engineering or construction phase. Show less Project : RDMP RU V Pertamina Balikpapan Project-Responsible as Rotating & Packaged engineer for pumps & compressors, those equipments that i handled are: 1. IAPA Package, consists of six Integrally Geared Centrifugal Compressor(API 672) each compressors have 2.7 MW power consumption & two trains dryer to produce Plant & Instrument air for plant utility purpose.Those compressors are driven by steam turbine (API 611) & IEC Motor. 2. API 610 Pumps, BB1, VS4 & VS6 type. These pumps will be installed with complete seal plan & lubrication system.3. Emergency Air Compressor Package, consists of screw compressor manufacturer standard completed with API 614 pressurized lube oil system and air dryer system to produce instrument air during black startup & black out plant condition.- Mechanical Activity 1.
