      High School Social Studies Teacher

I taught social studies in a public high school for 9th and 12th graders. I researched and implemented a variety of teaching methodologies based on observations and tendencies of the students in order to meet their specific needs. Assessments were also made after an analysis of the students learning progress in accordance to the overall curriculum plan.

      English Language Professor

I taught English as a second language in various university departments (Education, Law, Tourism, and Language Mediation). Depending on the department I was in charge of organizing a course curriculum, design lesson plans, evaluate students and organize the university database to monitor credits. Much of the curriculum designing was done in collaboration with other professor in order to coordinate a broader, more sychronized department syllabus.

      High School ESL/History Teacher

I teach two courses which include English as a second language and 20th century history. The English lessons were done in collaboration with other English teachers as I was utilized as a mother-tounge speaker to support the students' speaking and listening skills. I designed speaking and listening activities after reflecting and analysis of the students' objectives, strengths, and weaknesses. All activities involved interactive activities in which the students participated in the class lessons. The 20th century history courses are taught as preparation for the British IGCSE exams which after a three year course involving the teaching and evaluation of course content as well as exam simulations the students took for an IGCSE qualification. Exams Officer

I work as the exams officer for my school's Cambridge department. My responsibilities include managing the other exam course teachers (Biology, Spanish, and English) by organizing an exam timetable and test registration. I conduct a performance-based analysis of exam results and create visualizations using Power BI which are used during department meetings in order to inform the other teachers about trends found in my analysis. From there an action plan is developed and implemented in order to improve future exam scores. I am also in charge of mediating problems and situations between the course teachers at my school with the regional Cambridge Education Manager. Show less
