      I was recruited for regulating transportation processes and decrease discrepancies. The vision of success was including cost efficiency and increase in profit. To obtain this, two main strategies were developed: Took active responsibility for operational excellence. Revised calculation, re-considered design and used material, created new formulas according to seasons which impact weight of wooden packing due to humidity. Decreased packing costs roughly by 40%. With new formulas avoided immeasurable fines at customs due to weight discrepancies. Enabled profit maximization, positive impact on EBITDA, and increased shareholder value. Optimized loading process, by implementing cargo loading software for operation automation which previously was handled manually, avoided human error which leaded operational excellence.       I was promoted to work closely with the engineering teams to perform time-to-market of network and security products. The vision of success was to build reputation for in-house softwares and increase market share, as well as increase revenue. I developed a strategy which included the implementation of sales processes to CRM system and managed the supply chain processes in 3 stages and with 8 major activities. Reported to general manager with a budget responsibility of $2.5m annual sales.The initial stage was: Analyzed the inventory and figured out loss in the warehouse of refurbished products with the vendor and negotiated on a special deal with the vendor to refund occurred loss of $250K as well as transportation costs which created positive EBITDA effect of 8%. Developed an efficient system with the new formulation to elicit and underline hidden costs (maintenance, transportation, customs, inland haulage, etc.) as well as worked with software teams to implement the system where the organization saved 15% of the overall costs, creating measurable results for the project to manage the overall efficiency which provided an additional 12% increase in profit due to cost reduction.The second stage of the strategy covered: Enlarging portfolio with new products (network and endpoint security) targeting the SMB and mid-enterprise level customers to compete in the B segment with 40% price advantage Hospitality industry which required best optimized hotspot and time stamp solutions to deliver value added billable accessibility solutions under 5651 regulation (in Turkey) which beat the competition with 80% of the hospitality market in Mediterranean region.And the final stage of the strategy covered: In 5 years, by designing infrastructure and processes, finding, and implementing new solutions and having critical decisions over the new structure provided excellence awards for the company in EMEA region for 3 years consecutively. By fine tuning the endpoint security solution and uploading automated instant reports to MISP threat intelligence platform brought the success which contributed the product sales by 17% revenue in next quarter Show less
