  As the Senior Systems Administrator over VMware, I provided support for 200+ ESX hosts and 2000+ virtual machines for the largest Healthcare Provider in the Southeast. Upgraded the virtual infrastructure from vSphere 5 to vSphere 6. Utilized SRM to manage DR redundancy for Tier 1 applications. Assisted in designing and deploying the Horizon 6 VDI desktop environment that supports 4000+ users. Designed a DFS file system to support user data, departmental data, application data and confidential data. Worked on implementing vIDM as new front end web portal for all external access. Managed and maintained the System Administrator team's Sharepoint functions as well as designed workflows through InfoPath for more automated processing of simple requests. Managed and maintained 15+ HP C7000 enclosures with 50+ HP BL460 blades, mostly gen8 and gen9, including Virtual connect configurations and firmware updates.
