Using the CMO and Red Zone Reports, work with Projects to gain early insight of renewal needs, ensuring the renewals requests or off-boards are raised and executed timely. Monitor WIP Report to ensure requests are making their way through the process timely, removing roadblocks where needed, prioritizing workload where needed and ensuring data remains clean (no multiple requests/records open at the same time, requests/records are closed, POs are linked). Strong communication and interlock between the Project teams, contractor teams resulting in better communication and issue resolution (would like them to take ownership of weekly interlock calls). Better understanding of the business conditions and need to manage cost vs drive revenue by account / sectors. Engage in Contractor approvals at the IMT level. Weekly connect with Procurement to understand process changes if any and quality check around the CV’s provided and TAT by the suppliers. Identifies and acts as an escalation point for driving response from the Suppliers and Projects for seamless process flow. Engage with Procurement and Project teams to release a LOA and work with contractor teams to release of PO post LOA is created.
