Monitor WIP Report to ensure requests are making their way through the process timely, removing roadblocks where needed, prioritizing workload where needed and ensuring data remains clean (no multiple requests/records open at the same time, requests/records are closed, POs are linked). Weekly connect with Procurement to understand process changes if any and quality check around the CV’s provided and TAT by the suppliers. Identifies and acts as an escalation point for driving response from the Suppliers and Projects for seamless process flow.
