      Know Your Customer:• Conduct Periodic Review of Law, Medium and High-risk entities while ensuring Green status as per the regulatory requirements month on month• Ensure timely escalations to complete the KYC review• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance teams to incorporate necessary updates• Track responses to Request for Information (RFI) for timely action• Prepare focus reports to ensure all received information is auctioned upon• Generate MIS to ensure optimum utilization of all the available resources• Setting-up of escalation calls for past due profiles to expedite completion• Liaising various internal teams i.e. Business Contacts, Compliance & Quality Assurance• Analyzing all QA returns and making action plans to avoid recurrencesTax Form Reporting:• Facilitate Cost Basis Reporting (1099B)• Reconcile security holdings between source systems and tax system and post corrective entries on Tax system to resolve breaks• Liaise with internal teams (custody/accounting) to resolve breaks• Resolve aged breaks to ensure they are within the defined timelines.NRA Tax Reporting (1042)• Carry monthly reconciliation to reflect correct withholding rates for 1042 reporting.• Responding to Client Inquiries on withholding tax status for their accounts• Liaising with FX desk for reversal involving global currencies• Monitoring aging of Client Inquiries to ensure it within the defined guidelinesClient Data Operations:• Maintain accurate client hierarchy in the bank’s client relationship database• Validate relationship updates from various sources i.e. Kingland• Involved in Linking, Merging or Transferring current involve party relationship as per the valid updates from the source• Liaising with Data Quality teams in case of conflicting information• Update non-financial static changes for legal entities based on requests received.
