In this role, I lead the product development from a data input interface into a comprehensive compliance management solution for the world's biggest product manufacturers. From 2020 to 2023 we saw an over 60% increase in user adoption of the product. In my role, I worked with the design and development teams on a cluster of product modules for the company's C2P product. These included a compliance-evidence tracking model, a user-onboarding process, a user-profile section, role-based landing pages, a customer-onboarding section, and an ML model for predicting the probability that a proposed regulation will become law. a product-mapping application, a prototype for tracking ESG goals. The ESG prototype has recently gone live with at least 30 customers.Compliance and Risk offers a data integration solution for its partners. In my role, I was part of a team that defined and designed these API solutions. As a Product Owner, I collaborated with customers, product managers, customer support, sales, and marketing teams to understand the customers' needs and product requirements. My contributions included collecting customer and user input, analyzing customer behavior patterns, and defining the different Personas, Roles, and Jobs to Be Done (JTB). As a Solutions Engineer, I worked closely with our development teams to transform these into functional software solutions.
