  Responsible for all aspects of running a continuing education division offering career-oriented, professional-development programs in information technology, business/HR, landscape design, art appraisal, publishing, engineering, and a wide range of other areas. Oversaw a reorganization/ consolidation of three separate units, restoring them to profitability. Responsible for approx. 40 employees, 350 faculty, 5,000 students, and $6.5 million in revenue.

  Responsible for developing and managing all business programs designed for working professionals. Restored enrollments to an off-campus program, saved a floundering master's degree program, redesigned M.S.A. programs, and designed/introduced/launched the M.B.A. program leading to millions of dollars in additional revenue. Also developed and taught undergraduate business courses, and advised all graduate students enrolled in the School.

  Extensive responsibilities included writing successful grant proposals, managing IT-related grant programs (total value of approximately $15 million), strengthening undergraduate degree offerings, introducing professional development and corporate offerings, introducing and managing online courses and programs, designing/launching/managing master's programs in HR and management, planning/scheduling School's course offerings (approx. 100 semester), hiring all adjunct faculty, and advising all graduate students (200+). Served on university's Undergraduate Board, various School committees, and ad hoc university committees. Responsibilities included student academic issues (advising, grievances, petitions, etc.); faculty recruitment and evaluation; class schedules; compliance with accreditation policies/standards; providing student accommodations; curriculum/program planning and evaluation; budget development and execution; service on relevant college committees; and professional relationship building.
