  Worked as Assistant Manager with Vanaspati Plant at Ruchi Soya Industries Limited, Kandla from past six years and eleven months for maintaining the best quality of refined oil (edible) as per customer needs, looking after plant activities including maintenance which covers 300TPD physical refinery ,1700 TPD fractionation and 200 TPD hydrogenation/Interesterification. I have good knowledge of Vanaspati Blending & formulations with its quality parameters. I also handle SAP operations-Production Module which includes Production Booking, Material Indent etc. Manpower management as per needs of production demands & maintenance priority.   Looking after the Refinery department. Working as Assistant Manager in Refinery plant which includes 100 TPD & 200 TPD Chemical refineries along with Lecithin plant, Acid oil plant and ETP. We work to produce Non-GMO Refined Soyabean Oil & Soya Liquid Lecithin from which Refined Soyabean oil is sold in bulk tankers to parties & consumer packs whereas Soya liquid Lecithin is despatched in bulk ISO / IBC containers & given for further processing in Lecithin Powder Plant.
