My field is sociology, politics, travel and psychology but I am also interested in other fields and topics. My pieces have been published in such titles like: (Polish) Gazeta Wyborcza, Interia.pl, Onet.eu, Praca i Nauka za granicą etc; (English) Affinity, Belfast Telegraph, etc.For the last 6 years I have also been an editor-in-chief of a Polish Magazine in Northern Ireland - Nasz Express (www.naszexpress.pl). Previously I was holding the same role in Kobieta w UK web portal and Nasza Anglia Magazine.At the moment I am also writing a book about migrants and the change they go through while away from home.   For the last 5 years as a Polish Cultural Week festival coordinator I have been responsible for managing festival's program, finding venues and organizing events within specific target and contents demands. The events include: shows, film screenings, exhibitions, talks, conferences, fun days etc. So far the festival under my management has been very successful and gained a lot of great reviews from both Polish and local communities. As the aim of the festival is to show Polish art and customs due to include Polish migrants into local environment and fight prejudice through culture, I am proud to say that the numbers of visitors and viewers past our expectations in 2015. Running until March 2017, the British Film Institute (BFI) Film Audience Network (FAN) aims to put film at the centre of cultural life in Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK, encouraging more people to see a more diverse range of films in more locations nationally.Film Hub NI is helping to develop and deliver a range of activities including pop-up cinemas, film clubs, programming initiatives, special events and training that will grow audiences for film across Northern Ireland.
