  The primary mission of the OPC is to oversee and manage the ITTOF Operational and Permanent Control framework, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all operational risks across the entire process, from initiation to completion. This includes areas such as fraud, third-party risks, conduct, compliance, regulatory requirements, ICT risks, and other risk categories, in close collaboration with specialized independent control functions. Covering international framework (France, EMEA, UK, ISPL and APAC)Control Measures and Action Plans• Develop and continuously update the ITTOF control framework based on risk assessments, regulatory requirements, past risk events, and the Function’s General Control Plan (GCP).• Ensure that control outcomes are thoroughly reviewed and analyzed by ITTOF Management, relevant operational teams, and stakeholders, implementing corrective action plans when required.•Implementation, development and follow-up of Action Plans and active participation in their closure in order to mitigate inherent risks.Management of Recommendations and PCA (Permanent Control Actions):•Analyze, monitor and follow-up both internal and external recommendations and PCAs within the scope of the ITTOF department.•Active participation in the closure of the recommendations, ensuring that they comply with the requirements sent by the issuer of the recommendations/PCA.Management of Potential Incidents• Conduct and coordinate the assessment, quantification, and ongoing review of potential incidents in collaboration with relevant independent control functions.• Monitor and initiate necessary action plans to mitigate risks.Governance, Committees, Alerts, and Reporting • Actively contribute to the International ITTOF OPC Steering.• Participate in operational risk and permanent control committees, providing insights and expertise.• Prepare reports and presentations for ITTOF management, ensuring clear and effective communication of key risk and control updates.
