  As Entrata was starting-up, I was able to gain experience in many different areas, as the company's needs developed. My roles were varied and interesting.Restructured software according to user preferences for systems and consumer behavior.Drafted our new license agreements.Renewed longstanding clients; incremented charges according to the Consumer Pricing Index (CPI) and abdicated bank processing fees to save annual revenues. As ILS Product Manager, all the glory and failings of the ILS Portal product were mine. I managed a team of offshore programmers in India to create a network for posting property advertisements on the internet. I designed the product features, with an eye to customer needs and profitability. My product won the MHN Tech award for 2010.

  I created a materials review process for $10M of safety buffer and the capital invested in our buffer system. I created a software solution for continual management of safety buffers -- for reducing excess and more readily utilizing buffers to increase operational efficiency. Whereas the current system had been fractured in a re-organization, I created a new system from it's pieces.

  I drive actions to reduce inventory, primarily by aligning the Sales, Operations and Planning functions of our business. Proper alignment assures our customers get timely delivery while keeping our working capital somewhere else working. I utilize Lean and Six-Sigma tools frequently, informed by an iSys infrastructure that I manage.My team, the Operational Excellence Team, handles all metric reporting for our manufacturing site. We support leadership by handling all ad hoc analysis and project management. This requires heavy amounts of automation, which we design primarily in VBA/E and Microsoft Office tools. I frequently present status on KPIs and drive actions to improve them.My scope includes On-time Delivery, Revenue, Profit, Quality (PPM), personnel/capacity, etc.. I coordinate the goals between the Materials Team, Site Leadership and the Corporation Leadership Team. Show less I owned the coordination of production metrics for a mechanical manufacturing site. Our site contained over 300 headcount and around $500M in annual revenue. I carried out various projects at the request of site leadership and designed the entire data infrastructure for the organization.Our KPIs included: On-time to Delivery, Revenue, Productivity, Profit, Quality (PPM), personnel, etc..As the Operational Excellence Leader, I conceptualized and designed the data systems for the organization. I fully automated the data processing system to consolidate 5 analyst positions into 1.
