  As a quality person, I monitored the quality and production of Cup Cake, Cookies Item, Toast Biscuit, Stick Noodles and various Bakery products. Moreover in laboratory I maintained the QC parameter of raw materials such as vegetable oil, wheat flour etc. Also NPD program was held regularly in our lab with the help of R&D Manager and Production Manager. I assisted them on that time.

Moreover, I was highly associated with the machineries set up from the beginning. I was there from the set up of Dropper machines for cookies, rotary oven for cookies, spiral mixer for bread, electric deck oven for cake, UV conveyor for cake, dryer for soft drinks powder etc. After the commissioning of machineries and equipments, production was introduced under my supervision.   I am working as an Assistant Manager of R&D department of Akij Bakers Limited. Here I am closely associated with new product development, benchmark research, brain storming, sensory analysis, kitchen trial, machine trial, supplier sourcing for raw materials to assist supply chain, recipe and cost optimization, assist brand team etc. In ABL my whole task combines with our production team, brand team, supply chain and accounts department. I am totally associated with these departments to sort out the best for R&D.So far I have worked with our Biscuit & Cookies line, Cake line, Bread & Bun line, Wafer line, Chocolate line, Toast line in Akij Bakers.
