  I worked in the project Routine Maintenance of Kitale Township Roads. As the project site manager, I was tasked with ensuring proper planning of day to day business operations. This involved:-1. Proper staff coordination and managing the operations of site plants such as Transporting Lorries, Graders, Excavators/ Loaders and Rollers. Also ensured proper maintenance in case of a brake-down.2. Prepared the payment Certificates to ensure the contractor is paid duly for the completed work.3.
