Zain Kuwait Upgrade (Sep 2018 – Jan 2019)The project scope was to review current implemented modules and upgrade all processes to the latest version for rating validation, usage control and platform integrity modules. And I was a senior member in the team responsible for controlling the upgrade for one of the modules (usage control) and handle the performance tuning during the project phases. 3.
