  Management of nine Content Managers which includes training, mentoring and coaching. I'm responsible for my own list of titles which involves working with the various stakeholders, Author, Editor, Marketing and Printing to take the manuscript from contract stage up to physical and electronic stock.Process improvement for the new structure has now become a huge part of the role and involves working as a Team Lead group to continuously improve the workflows and systems to maximise the potential of the Content Manager's time. I'm recently trained in the Lean 6 Sigma philosophy as a green belt and incorporating this into the working practices of the department. Show less
