      I am still working for AECOM within a small team of graphic designers for our Europe region, providing graphic support to a large team of marketing and communications managers.I currently manage four great designers within our Manila based office that are assigned to working for AECOMs Europe region. I help with the management of workflow, assignment of work and reviewing of projects, as well as providing graphic support myself.As a team we work on producing relevant on-brand collateral, thought leadership campaigns, conceptual design, large and small format bespoke design, short-run print collateral, interactive documents, presentations, video animation, film, and supporting bid proposals for major pursuits. Show less My role as a BD Executive started in 2005, assisting the BD Manager in several sector groups with all aspects of Business Development and Marketing, which included helping with events, implementation plans, target planning, marketing collateral etc. In January 2012, I was given my own sector group to run with and was being mentored by the BD Manager. Activities include:- Pipeline co-ordination; including working with technical personnel and Salesforce administrators, to ensure that the sector pipeline opportunities are regularly updated. - Production of monthly pipeline reports for sector steering group meetings.- Co-ordinating implementation plans against the sector group strategic plan.- Assisting directors with the sector client care programme for target clients and client retention.- Ensuring that event sector budgets are kept up-to-date. - Co-ordination of marketing collateral, involving collation of design briefs of sector publications.- Internal communication of BD activities and initiatives to the wider business.- Interaction with central BD team (events, design, PR).- Assisting with the cleansing of CRM data.- Initiate intranet and website updates; news, sales tools etc.- Seminar, conference and event organisation.- Research; competitor information, market share etc.In January 2013, I was moved over into the Marketing and Communications department and work with the MarComms Director in a number of sectors (Sports, Healthcare and Commercial). This involves:- Working to the MarComms plans- Setting up of internal newsletters- Assisting with keeping information on the website up to date- Helping with the organising of advertising/editorial etc.- Identifying potential conferences to attend- Helping with conference organisation- Coordinating the process for marketing collateral- Help with sourcing information to help with bids Show less Solely responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of information held on the EMEA section of the company website, as well as production of corporate marketing collateral. In 2004 a technical website developer was brought in to re-vamp the company intranet using SharePoint. I worked alongside the developer helping with the structure and content delivery. Activities included:- Once the new website has been delivered by the Technical Team, I will be responsible for populating all of the content and keep up to date.- Constant communication with other members of the Global Web Management Group within four other regions of this worldwide company (USA, South Africa, Asia and Australasia), via emails, telephone and early morning/late evening tele-conferencing.- Continued production of Corporate Brochures which was transferred over to this role.- Compiling the Brand Identity Guidelines.- Some secretarial support/PA to the Business Development Partner.- Creations of the Capability Statement and Submission Templates.- I also assisted with the day-to-day activities of the Business Development Team, such as Desk Top Publishing, presentations, submissions and creating Macromedia Flash movies for the reception plasma screens.
