(SG, JPN, & US), the Decision, Environmental & Organizational Neuroscience (DEON) Lab, and the Institute on Asian Consumer Insight.• Primarily focusing on the beauty industry research; implementing both biometrics and psychometrics approaches in the research models to measure and understand, e.g., how various biological vs. attitudinal factors influence consumers’ evaluation of beauty, and thus their buying behaviour. For instance, I have created an essentialist belief scale to understand one’s beliefs and attitudes about physical beauty.• Completed the data screening and analysis of ACI’s Pan Asian Wave (PAW) II study: shopping & lifestyle segment, which have involved more 8000 participants across 10 countries in the East Asia region. • Conducted field trainings on the use of biometric devices, such as electromyogram (EMG), skin conductance (EDA), and electrocardiography (ECG) for research collaborators.
