      Rebuild Outboard engines, trouble shoot/repair electrical systems on customer owned vessels in the field and water test repairs after completion. I have also performed several repowers on various vessels, to include removal of old engines and wiring and the installation of a new propulsion package. In many cases, I have also designed a custom dash panel for the customers helm area.

      Performed warranty claim review, adjustments and processing on a daily basis. This task also included calling our dealerships to discuss any disputes within a claim that was submitted for review. On the Customer Service team, we often spoke to our dealer support network, so we could discuss satisfactory trouble shooting and repairs of our field product, prior to a warranty claim being submitted. Performed daily quality inspection points during production, as well as on completed Sea Ray manufactured product. These inspection points included Fiberglass Hull and deck parts, engine installation, water test application and final product.

      Customer Service Manager

      I have been the Customer Service Manager for Sea Ray and Meridian Yachts for over 18 years now. This position includes managing a 10-person product support team. Our warranty team performs daily warranty claims needing review/approval, provides dealership product support through our call center, as well as trouble shooting and providing repair instruction to our dealers and customers. The Customer Service Manager role also includes handling the more difficult cases, which escalate and need immediate guidance and direction for difficult situations. I also manage our Manufacturing field team that can be sent into the field to assist our dealerships, when a repair needs manufacturing expertise. This allows our company to evaluate, organize, and handle any difficult repairs if/when they occur. Show less
