  • Responsible for the collection and circulation of inspection requests from production or daily inspections in different projects and assigning disciplined QC inspectors for the activity.• Assists in preparing the request for inspection or notification of inspection form for the client witness and holding points in line with the inspection test plan.• Collecting, scanning, filing, and keeping all the activity records, such as inspection and testing reports from the inspectors for the completed activities.• Prepares the final inspection release notes for the units that are ready for delivery.• Assist in preparing the project-based documents for client submission, such as the ITP, PQP, HSE Plan, WPS/PQR, NDT Procedure, Qualification Records, and other documents as per project requirements.• Responsible for keeping the welder certificates, WPS, and PQR documents.• Prepares all the QHSE documents required during audits and client queries for new projects.• Responsible for the revision of policies and forms.
