In this role I operated and managed several sites of different sizes and also included a dual management role in 2008 where I was responsible for 2 sites with turnover in excess of £8m. Some of my biggest strengths were park standards and team training and I was sent to some of these destinations to improve the park presentation, implement park rules with the private owners and train and recruit team members and managers.
