      Mechanical Engineering Intern

During my internship, I gained comprehensive knowledge in various metal forming and joining processes, with a particular focus on the manufacturing of pressure vessels, condensers, and heat exchangers. I acquired hands-on experience in understanding the design intricacies and material characteristics essential for the production of these critical components. I acquired a in depth knowledge and experience in some of the manufacturing processes like metal forming processes, metal joining processes and machining processes. I also delved into the principles of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques to ensure the integrity and reliability of the manufactured products. My exposure to risk analysis and management equipped me with the ability to assess potential hazards and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively. Additionally, I was involved in production planning, where I learned to optimize manufacturing workflows and resources to meet design and quality requirements efficiently. Show less
