      Gold Duke of Edinburgh Duke of Edinburgh Jan 2020 In order to achieve this award, I volunteered for over a year at Maulden Netball Club as a youth leader, I worked towards and passed my Grade 8 oboe exam, and was a committed member of my local netball team. I completed a 4 day expedition in Snowdonia with my group where we faced many difficulties and overcame them as a team. Also, as part of the award, I undertook a weeks residential stay at Revitalise Sandpipers, a respite care centre for disabled adults.
