      I collaborated on the development of the Collectrium App, focusing on UX/UI and the customer journey. While working alongside the design team at Christie's, we encountered several challenges, with one particularly prominent issue: effectively presenting precious and expensive artwork digitally while engaging buyers with meaningful information. Our analytics revealed that users spent extended periods on the "product page," seeking additional insights. To address this challenge, we adopted a storytelling approach. We crafted narratives not only about the artist but also about the masterpiece itself. This included details about the artist's background, the piece's thematic context, and the journey of the artwork. This shift in approach led to immediate improvements, including higher conversion rates and increased subscriptions, as we found success in selling the story behind the art.I collaborated with designers, engineers and business teams to build Collectrium.Conducted detailed analysis leveraging technical skills to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
