About me

I am a partner with N. K. Bansal & Co (Chartered Accountants) . I am an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). I have over 7 year of experience in auditing profession with big auditing firms including 5 years with one of the big four. My specialization includes assurance and risk advisory, due diligence, process mapping including SOP preparation, implementation and testing of internal financial controls and financial process outsourcing . I am also acting as a virtual CFO for the start ups. My experience is across various sectors including power, consumer market, construction, industrial markets, textile, banking and educational and also across various reporting framework including Indian GAAP, IFRS and IND AS. In the past I was also involved on consultancy in respect of filing prospectus with SEBI for IPO. I have also acquired certifications on 1. Fraud Accounting and Fraud Detection from ‘ICAI’. 2. Not for Profit Organisations from ‘ICAI’
