  I was a Scientific Advisor with Sustainable Technology Systems, Inc (STS) until my business partner, Peggy Korth (leading specialist in cattails), passed away in May of 2016. I have been a biologist and clinical laboratory specialist in cytogenetics with a Master's in Public Health, analyzed and provided recommendations on various feedstocks for potential ethanol production, offered laboratory training and academic instruction, provided technical support on biomass processing, and advised on chemical and enzyme processing as well as wastewater and product infection management. I have experience with large-scale US-based ethanol companies, where I have given technical support for their process and laboratory and engaged in presentations, training, infection control, microbiology, wastewater analysis, fermentation analysis, and sales of antibiotics and yeast. I and others from STS began an association with the Public-Private Alliance Foundation for work in Haiti in 2014 and am a senior fellow.I have great interests in ecology, the environment, gardening, and helping ethanol plants and breweries with their processes.
