  1. Development of DFL ToT Tool Kit content comprising:· Financial literacy modules covering various digital and non-digital financial services and tools (such as e-payments, micro savings, micro insurance, nano loans, etc.) to be cascaded to target female beneficiaries · Trainers’ optimal credentials and trainers’ selection parameters and process· Trainers’ Manual (for perusal of Master Trainers in onboarding additional trainers going forward)· WESEP Certification for trainersThe Tool Kit content is to be developed through:· Mapping of existing digital financial literacy content and providers to assess consolidation/editing/integration into the WESEP DFL ToT Tool Kit· Leverage existing DFL content offered by Financial Service Providers (FSPs) and Female Beneficiary Pipeline partners to assess consolidation/editing/integration into the WESEP DFL ToT Tool Kit· Participation in Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Training Needs Assessment (TNA) with female beneficiary pipeline partners to determine relevant financial literacy curriculum content2. Support with identification and development of optimal modalities of delivery of digital financial literacy content to target audiences (videos for on-site and social media dissemination, printed material, community awareness campaigns, etc.)3. Support with mobilization of ToT workshops to trainers within partner organizations4. Prepare progress reports to document digital financial literacy activities and track/measure female target audience uptake of– and benefit from – the content5. Liaise with the WESEP Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team to document activity results6. Assess and suggest onboarding of financial literacy partners (such as Non-Governmental Organizations “NGOs”, Community Development Associations “CDAs”, etc.), products and services in order to complement the provision of credible digital financial literacy to target female beneficiaries and other audiences as required.
