      John is a Senior Vice President and Division Manager within the Not For Profit Client Group. John manages the Client Servicing Teams that support all servicing needs for our client base, with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction, service excellence and ensuring the seamless and optimal delivery of Northern Trust capabilities.
