  I was In-charge of operations, maintenance, and planning of routine preventive maintenance & troubleshooting related to control wiring & equipment installed in various LV & HV substations. Leading a team of 210 non-executives and 12 executives .Additionally, Coordinator of ISO 9001: 2015, to set quality objectives, planning and tracking the progress and monthly review and follow up as per plans & related troubleshooting. Champion of 5S, Won twice National Levels in 5 S represented department ,Conducted by Quality Circle Forum of India, QCFISafety audits & assessment of risks and hazards. Driven Behavioral Based Safety awareness in the department. Executed a project of power Cable network strengthening by carrying out following 1. Planned, prepared proposal, and executed the cable routing, re-routing, and jointing works2. Project proposal with due consideration of safety aspects, time and material estimates, and minimal shutdown time for each department Energy Forecasting and negotiation with consumers, generating units, State & National grid and load dispatch center. Studied the system and identified bottlenecks.Resource Allocation and Asset Management.
