  I have a solid foundation in the UX design process through a 10-week intensive professional training where I completed 2 individual projects and 3 group projects utilising UX front to end design process each with positive assessment results. Projects include:Redesigning The Salvation Army’s website Based on user interviews and background research, we simplified the donation processes and increased accessibility to essential information on the website. Tree test and usability test results validated the findability of pages and increased ease of use from the existing website.Redesigning Apple’s phone repair serviceThrough observational and user research, we designed a new phone repair service which leverages on users’ consideration factors for decision making, resolves pain points and enhances pleasure points. The new service also benefits businesses based on background research. Usability test with prototype service simulation validated the postive impact of improvements. Show less
