Apr 2011 - Jan 2018- Designed in ARIS the Business Process maps for the current way of working and improvement proposals for the TO-BE process.- Developed Work Instructions for new on-boarded flows in Procurement Services and added improvements to the current ones- Redesigned and maintained the Ericoll page for the P2P Service Catalog and further on the Sharepoint internal page for the Procurement department to ensure that it contains accurate details, dependencies and interfaces of all services made available to customers- Project driver for several transfers in Benelux and Sweden, related to purchasing from SAP ONE to Ericsson Buyer tool: prepared project plan, training plan, risk register, communication plan and held meetings in order for the process to be completed in time and with minimum risks.- Driver in the Purchase to Pay Program for different initiatives: Evaluated the existing process in the regions and took decision to implement a new process globally. Prepared risk assessment and route cause analysis in order to take final decision which was in accordance with targeting both into consideration our interests and the Suppliers needs.
