  In this role I oversaw the management of the HSE management of the HSE function a group level, coordinated and supported the various countries HSE leads, and managed all reporting at group and national level. Management of the integrated management system, its recertification and transition to new standards was key focus area. Transitioning the HSE character of the department to better align with offshore requirements, as well as the South African Construction industry requirements was a strategic improvement, to assist the organizations transition into new markets. I devised and developed the groups Golden Rules through collaboration with my HSE team and entity MDs/GMs and managed the design and role out plan. 3CMetals teams won numerous HSE awards, onshore and offshore during this time, often setting the HSE standard for other subcontractors on site.
