  Responsible for leading teams for year-end, SOC 404 integrated audits and reviews for private and publicly listed companies. This involved extensive US GAAP, SEC Reporting, PCAOB and SOX 404 compliance experience primarily in the engineering and manufacturing industries. With progression there was also the in-depth development of core analytical skills which enables the transfer or data into meaningful and focused analytical output for clients. My role in the assurance division involves teaming with EY professionals and clients to complete financial statement audits for listed and large, private companies.This involves the application of International Auditing Standards (NZ) to ensure the financial statements are recorded in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practice in New Zealand, as well as International Financial Reporting Standards. Seconded to EY Zurich for three months as a Senior Accountant, working through a mixture of US GAAP and Swiss GAAP requirements on multi-location NASDAQ listed entity.
