  As a student assistant at IUP, I gained foundational HR knowledge in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Benefits. My main job function was to act as a customer service agent for newly hired employees at the student and professional level. I provided first line support for questions and escalated concerns to proper staff as necessary. As a tutor, I partnered with students to enhance their understanding of Statistical concepts in the Quantitative Business course at IUP. Regarded as one of the most difficult courses in the core business curriculum, I often had to adapt my instructional style to meet the needs of each student. I also learned professional empathy, and how to deal with difficult situations.

  In my role as PMO for the NA HR Office at SAP, I partner directly with the regional Head of HR (also called the regional HR Director) to manage large scale HR projects under our HRBP umbrella organization, Global People Success Services. SAP is a business-to-business software company focused on helping companies to run better. In my role, I partner with hiring managers located globally to staff Early Talent positions (which include internships and entry level roles [0-3 years of experience]) in several disciplines. I aim to provide excellent customer service to my hiring managers and candidates. My passion is seeing others succeed, and I enjoy being an advisor and an enabler in the hiring process.
